Our Story
RWAR® was founded in 2020 by Dr. Jenkins, who has spent over 20 years in the Defense and Federal R&D innovation space, covering every phase of the technology lifecycle from funding identification and capture through prototype maturation and transition.
As Principal Investigator, Technical Lead, and Human Factors Lead on over 100 R&D programs, he has delivered tactical and strategic capabilities across the DoD, Federal agencies, and commercial clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100.
